PHARMACEUTCAL CARE TO PATIENTS WITH MIGRAINE AND TENSION HEADACHE: CONSUMER VALUE CONTROL

To ensure consumer satisfaction with pharmaceutical care quality is one of the ways to attract and keep pharmacy customers. Based on a sociological survey of patients who had complaints of headache and were customers of drugstores in Moscow and its Region, the investigators identified criteria for a patient’s assessment of pharmaceutical care, simulated a process how consumer values affected the improvement of pharmaceutical care quality, and created a conceptual model of consumer value control. The use of this control model in the practical activities of a pharmaceutical facility will be able to improve a systems analysis of patient perception to identify consumer segments and to apply cost-beneficial behavior modifications for specialists from pharmaceutical companies.
