The central vectors for the regulation of circulation of cosmetics in international pharmaceutical practice were comparatively analyzed. Regulatory policy models for this category of pharmacy products require a reasonable and scientifically sound approach, which is dictated by the unpredictability of the consequences of uncontrolled use of the products that are able to affect the skin and its derivatives.
